このテンプレートを使用すると、ブロックやアイテムに関する記事の「クラフト」および「クラフト材料」セクションで一般的に使用されるようなテーブルを作成できます。{{Crafting Table}}と同様に使用できますが、テーブルを自動的に作成する点が異なります。

デフォルトでは、テーブルは3つの列（名前、材料、および{{Crafting Table}}を含むメイン列）で生成されます。テーブルの最初のテンプレートでパラメータ{{{showname=1}}}または{{{showname=0}}}を設定して、名前列を表示または非表示にすることができます。複数のクラフトテンプレートを1つのテーブルにグループ化するには、テーブルの最初のテンプレートで{{{head=1}}}を設定し、最後のテンプレートで{{{foot=1}}}を設定する必要もあります。説明と呼ばれる4番目の列は、{{{showdescription=1}}}および{{{description=The description for the recipe}}}を使用して追加できます。

不定形レシピを表示するには、すべての材料のグリッド位置を省略するだけです。レシピが不定形で5スロット未満を使用する場合、テンプレートはアイテムを左下のマスに自動的に配置し、インベントリのクラフトエリアでレシピを使用できることを示します。

このテンプレートを「クラフト」セクションの外で使用する場合（例：{{Crafting usage}}の代わりに、またはそれと一緒に）、{{{ignoreusage}}}パラメータを1に設定することが非常に重要です。これにより、テンプレートが{{Crafting usage}}によって追跡されなくなるため、他の記事でそのテンプレートに関する問題が発生するのを防ぐことができます。
