• Resets every skill of every type from the user except their Race's Intrinsic Skills
• 5 second cooldown

This scroll will not cover the cost for a new Unique Skill. Be careful or else you can end up with no Unique Skill

100K Max MP is required for all unique skills to be available for reroll, less than that and you may not have enough for the skill you roll and will not obtain it
