Effect
- Launches a ball/tornado of wind that explodes on contact to deal 150 magic damage and 25 wind damage to mobs in a 6x6 radius.
Mastery Bonus
- Increases radius of effect to 8x8 and pulls mobs in to the center on explosion. Deals double damage.
