Creates a powerful storm of ice to slow your enemies and turn the tides of battle
Effect
- On use, causes all water blocks within a 30x30x30 radius to be frozen and causes an intense snowy effect that lasts for 100 seconds. Any mobs/players in the blizzard’s range will take 30 damage a second and will receive 1 level of chill every 20 seconds. If a target is looked at and the ability is activated again during the duration of the blizzard, launches a giant ice projectile that does 250 damage (10 second cooldown). Shift activate to remove the blizzard.
Mastery Bonus
- Increases duration to 160 seconds
