Create a giant spear of ice and throw it at the target
Effect
- Launches a large ice spear that deals 100 magic damage. For every level of chill the target has, deals an extra 25 ice damage. If the target has frost, deals an extra 100 magic damage and 50 ice damage. Removes all Chill and Frost effects on hit. Freezes random blocks around the icicle on the flying path, and on impact, all ice blocks in an 8x8x8 radius are destroyed (doesn’t apply in the nether).
Mastery Bonus
- Every level of chill adds an additional 50 damage instead of 25.
