Causes
Countering is caused by activating the ability "Counter" with Restricted.
Effects
- Attack speed decrease by 100% (Disabled attack speed)
- Movement speed decrease by 100% (Disabled movement speed)
- When damaged, stops the effect and gives the Imbalanced effect to the attacker.
