- [Passive - Toggle] Silence Between Two Strikes - All player sounds are muted.
- [Passive - Toggle] Hidden Authority - Go invisible and conceal your presence to those around. On servers, hide yourself from the tab list as well and fake a leaving message. Untoggling will play a fake joining message.
- [Passive - True] Ruler's Reign - All nearby subordinates gain Inspiration 1. On mastery, this changes to Inspiration 2.
Active
- [Active - Press] Copy - Fetch the skill list of your target. Copy one random skill (Intrinsics, Commons or Extras) at random from the learned skills of your target. Copied skills are temporary and are lost on death. Copied skills last for as long as the user holds on to them or dies with it. You can only copy up to five temporary skills, where your cap will then be full. Shift + Skill Key to display all currently copied skills. 25% success rate. 75% failure rate. Changes to 50-50 on mastery.
- [Active - Press] Paste - Paste one of your five copied skills at random to your target. The target need not be a subordinate. The target will keep the skill until they die. Again, shift + skill key to display all currently copied skills in the list. 25% success rate. 75% failure rate. Changes to 50-50 on mastery. On failure, the copied skill is lost.
- [Active - Press] Recruitment - Recruit the target as a temporary subordinate (Charm) if they are weaker than you by 5x. Costs 1000 MP. Fails if the target is a boss.
