Usage
Increases Water Damage by 1,5x. Doesn't stack with Water Domination.
- When sneaking: Shoot a water ball dealing 12 damage with knockback if in water or has water points in spatial storage (1 water point each) - Cost 100MP.
- Not Sneaking: “Breath Water” (deal 8 damage each sec) if the user is under rain, the user is in water or has water points in spatial storage (1 water point each 5s) - Cost 10MP each sec.
- Can turn concrete powder into concrete on contact
