Increases Wind Damage by 1.5x. Doesn't stack with Wind Domination.

- [Active - Press] When sneaking: Shoot a wind sphere dealing 12 damage with strong knockback - Cost 200 MP.
- [Active - Press] Not Sneaking: “Breathe Wind” dealing 8 damage and costing 20 MP each sec.
