It requires Thought Acceleration, Universal Perception, Demon Lord's Haki, Weather Domination, Sound Domination, Wind Domination, Spatial Domination, Voice Canon and Multilayer Barrier to be mastered. Have 35 skills mastered. Have 30 named subbordinates
Usage
Passives
- [Passive, Toggle] Thought Acceleration - Increase magic casting speed multiplier by 3, increase movement speed by 0.02 (0.04 with Mastery), increase attack speed by 0.4 (0.6 with Mastery)
- [Passive, In-Slot] Sound and Wind Domination - This doesn't stack with Sound or Wind Domination. This increases Sonic and Wind Damage by 3.5x. The user bypasses Resistances while in Slot.
Actives
- [Active, In-Slot] Turbulence - While this mode is in slot, the user begins to run faster and faster, after three speed boost, they begin to generate black wind. This means when they run near entities, it deals Wind Damage to them.
- [Active, Press] Multilayer Barrier - On use, set the player's "Barrier Points" equal to their Max HP x2.5. Damage taken under the Barrier Point threshold subtract MP from the user at a rate of 5 MP per 1 HP. Attacks above the threshold reduce the barrier points to 0 and have their damage reduced by the amount of barrier points the player has.
Can be shift activated to use on another player. This will give them "Barrier Points" equal to their max hp x0.75, and will run off their energy. Cannot be used if they already have Multilayer Barrier active.
- [Active, Held] Apocalypse Howling (Requires Mastery) - The user begins to run faster and faster until they turn completely into Black Wind, meaning they deal damage to entities around them, with the damage scaling based off the user's speed. The user begins to generate a forcefield around them, giving them the protection of Fault Field while they are running. After five speed boosts, the user begins to generate a Death Storm. When the user lets go of the button, they shout out "Apocalypse" which causes all nearby entities to get hit with a Black Lightning dealing 150 Damage.
(Black Wind's Damage is always based off Attack Damage + Blocks Per Second Speed )
